YMESSED UP LIFE
Monday, July 17, 2006 - 8:12 PM
Life is full of ups and downs. On the cover, my life seems to be full of ups. But to me, there seems to be plenty of downs.
Sometimes the downs in life can be so demoralizing that you can just breakdown and tears will just roll down your cheeks.
Sometimes you just wish to end your life in order to avoid the problems you faced. Sometimes you would grumble that your life is ultra unfair.
In life, there is really loads of stuff which comes beyond our control and I can just feel so helpless at times. But what can we do? The only thing we can do is to conquer it and move on with life, even though sometimes it’s so tough and is killing us mentally and physically.
For me, the only word to describe my feeling is “Heart-Broken”. To me and some of my best friends, having high expectations and being a perfectionist in life is reasonable and healthy, but to others it can be annoying. Regarding this issue, I am really quite sick and tired about it already. I would like to ask a question. “What would you feel if you put in lots of effort in doing something, but yet not being appreciated?”
During the process in conquering the downs in life, I really appreciate to have beside me a lovely group of friends who are there for me when I need support most. You guys really brighten up my life and I would here from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your care and concern. I would listen to the precious advices offered, and hopefully able to continue to share with you guys my enthusiasm and happiness.
The first thing which appears on my mind on wed morning was the two bottles of stars. It is drowned by many of our precious memories which I really treasure so much. Managed to pass the bottle of stars to the rightful owner. YAY! In the evening, I went for meeting with society year 3s & Joanne before going for a hotel spree. We really joked and laugh out ass off, and at the same time had a sumptuous dinner at Waffle Town. We really had an enjoyable night.
Next day, went to town and got a limited Adidas Jacket, which cost $189. Heart pain, but like it so much, even though many people commented that I look weird in that jacket. I think it’s because they are not used to see me wear such a bright green jacket. Thanks to _ _ _ _ _ _ for sharing me the beauty of green colour. Haha. I was supposed to get a darker green jacket, but koon got it before me lol. Never mind. Glad that his fashion sense improved, and got the same taste as me, because we are the bestest friend.
On fri, right after school, I went out for lunch with Joanna at Newton Food Centre. We had a really good chat. And thanks mei mei for providing a good listening ear. Right after lunch, I send the car for servicing before going home.
Till sat, I was feeling quite moody. On that day, I went for dinner meeting at Food Republic with the year 3s. During dinner, koon and I really talk things out and give each other a better understanding of our true feelings. I am really so thankful to have you as my bestest friend koon. We were so touched, and emotional. And that night, we really discover the importance of each other and how we can make an impact in each of our life.
Best friend is always there to share your joy and sorrow. Best friend is always there to shower you with care and concern. Best friend is always the one who understand you the most. Best friend is a person whom will be your friend forever!
Back to Sat, after meeting, I went Ngee Ann City Food fair and got addicted with the Taipei dessert. The sweetness of the mango and the frosty of the shave ice just stay in my mind. I love it to bits that I told myself I will come back for it on Sun again. YUMMY! Muahahaha.
Started off Sun morning with more than an hour of sun-tanning and swimming. The sun was so shiok. (Laugh my ass off when heard that the kiasu koon went to apply two types of sun-tanning lotion la. Relax. =P) I thought I would be late but managed to arrive at Singapore Conference Hall at about 5.15pm, to support Joanne’s band concert performance. A round of applause! You did a great job. Keep up the good job. Right after the performance, we went to Ngee Ann City again for the Taipei Super Mix Fruit Dessert. It was the last day of the food fair, so I order a large one. YUMMY =P Had some other delicious food for dinner as my stomach was growling like mad. It was the first time I took a bus back home since I passed my driving lessons. Waited so long for the bus la, I really can’t wait for my new car to arrive in Aug. muahahaha.
Share you with you guys one of my sotong act. Will not forget about it.
