These few days was only projects projects and projects. Did not really have the time to rest or even sleep. Yesterday was doing project from 10.30am all the way till 12 midnight before leaving koon's house and only managed to sleep at 3am. And got to wake up at 9am today to go school for project again. But the sense of satisfaction in doing a project is great, as we go along, we discover our mistakes and try our best to ensure the final project is flawless.

Today was in school doing project from 11am to 5pm, before going to town for another shopping spree. When i faces lots of stress, i would like to splurge. And i just splurge about $370 on clothes in 1 hour time. To me, it is also to help me booast my confidence level which had plunged down serverly these few weeks. Got lots of stuff in mind to buy, but must control. Cannot have the bad habit of splurging too much. Went for dinner at delifrance then home sweet home.

Let me share with you guys my true feelings on how i feel about life. In life when working together as a team, in order to gain respect from each other, we should give each member an equal chance to excel their skills and make their contribution. And we should not fully dependent on a person to do everything, if we were to fully dependent on a person, then what is the real defination of teamwork or groupwork. A piece of work mostly important is the content and quality, but if a team always focuses only on the cover, it will not takes you far. If a team is continously looking at the same direction, without opening up to look from a different view, the team will remain there and stay in the box forever.

When a person in the group puts in effort, other members should also show appreciation, but if your group members do not even appreciate or compliment your work, how is your group going to gain support from others? It will be hurting to the team member if he had put in lots of effort but not appreciated by the group members while other team members' work are being great complimented. No matter whether the product contributed by a group member is good or not, we should also show our respect by having confidence in that person.

Sometimes when you put in effort in doing something, it will be fantastic if there is someone who is able to appreciate what you do and give you opinion on how to improve it. When a person gives his/her opinion, we must also show our respect and accept the comments. It will also be great if there is the someone who can understand clearly what you are doing. This will motivate you to work even harder and do a better job.

(What i say above does not refer to anything, its just what i had learnt and would like to share with you guys, feel free to post your comments on the tag board on how you feel a teamwork should be. I would take your comments into consideration. Thanks.)
